Our Services
Split-System Chem clean
$149
Our technician will test your unit and protect the surrounding area. We'll safely turn off the power before removing covers and filters for cleaning. A specialized waterproof bag is fitted around the unit to capture all wastewater. After shielding electronics , we apply a cleaning agent to the internal coils and fan, then wash them thoroughly. The bag contains the dirty water, draining it neatly into a bucket, ensuring a mess-free process. Finally, we reassemble, dry, and test your air conditioner for optimal performance.
Split General Service

Our general service ensures your air conditioning system runs efficiently and reliably. We clean the indoor unit’s filters and surfaces, removing dust, dirt, and mould. The system is then tested to confirm optimal performance. We also inspect and clean the outdoor condenser unit, ensuring there are no blockages and that the refrigerant flow is unobstructed. The condenser coil is brushed and cleaned, and we verify the fan is blowing air at the correct temperature. This service helps maintain cooling efficiency, improves air quality, and extends the life of your unit.
Ducted Unit Service
$199
Our ducted system service ensures your system runs efficiently and reliably. We inspect the indoor unit and access the roof to check ductwork for leaks, damage, or disconnections, while also testing airflow to confirm even distribution. Drain lines are cleared and treated to prevent future blockages or leaks. We test all zones to ensure the zoning system is functioning correctly. The outdoor condenser is also inspected: The coils are cleaned, refrigerant cooling is checked, and fans are tested to ensure proper heat expulsion. We’ll also report any current or potential issues to help prevent future breakdowns.
